Pursuant of Florida Statute 257.261, information on the circulation account is available only to that cardholder. In the case of a child under the age of 16, the card will need a parent/guardian's signature and the account will be considered to be both the parent guardian's and the child's account. By including your e-mail address you give permission for the Library and/or the Friends of the Miami-Dade Public Library, Inc. to use this e-mail address to keep you up-to-date on Library events and services.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have already obtained a library card at any branch of the Library System please do not re-register.

Replacements for lost cards may be obtained with proper ID on your next visit to any branch.
